Chubb Insurance Australia Limited (Chubb) is an insurer of the Zest Insurance product. Because Zest Insurance places your insurance under a binding authority from Chubb, we act for Chubb when we place your insurance. Can I cancel my policy any time and receive a refund? To cancel your policy, you will need to log into your account. 1.Log into your account by selecting the My Account button at the top right corner of our homepage and entering your email and password. 2.Cancel the policy and you will be refunded the pro-rata amount of your Premium for the policy period you were on cover. Can I cancel my policy during the policy period? We understand customer circumstances can change and you may need to cancel your policy. Please note that cancellation terms and conditions will apply. For more information, please refer to your policy wording. Can I pay by instalments? Yes, you can pay by instalments if you take up a premium funding solution with our partner, IQumulate, who pay your insurance invoice upfront, and you repay them monthly via your premium funding loan agreement. Zest Insurance will receive brokerage, which is a percentage of the insurance premium paid by you and allowed to us by the insurer with whom the SME insurance policy is placed.Some commissions earned by us on a policy may be refunded if the policy in question is cancelled within twelve months of inception.A policy administration fee (on a per invoice basis) may also apply. We will advise you of the amount of the policy administration fee when we provide you with the insurance quote.The range of brokerage we earn on the general insurance policies we place will vary depending on the policy you purchased but will generally range from 0% to a maximum of 20%.
